VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Position: Chief Security Officer (CSO)
Location: Punjab, Pakistan

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Chief Security Officer (CSO) to lead our security operations in Punjab and ensure the safety of Company assets and personnel.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education:
    • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Professional Background:
    • Retired Army Officer of the rank of Major or Captain (Fighting Arms).
    • Maximum age: 50 years, with an exemplary service record.
    • Minimum 5 years of post-retirement experience in corporate security program development and operations.
  • Professional Training:
    • Completed courses in Security, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Administration.

Skills Required:

  • Integrity: Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism.
  • Decision-Making: Capable of making critical decisions in high-pressure scenarios.
  • Expertise:
    • Security management practices, risk assessments, and crisis response strategies.
    • Familiarity with local security and labor laws, ensuring regulatory compliance.
    • Proficient in modern security technologies, including electronic surveillance systems.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and relevant software tools.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assess and Improve Security Systems:
    • Conduct audits to identify vulnerabilities.
    • Propose and implement strategies for enhanced security.
  2. Policy and Compliance:
    • Develop, enforce, and monitor security and safety policies.
  3. Incident Management:
    • Lead responses to security incidents with a focus on rapid resolution.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Liaise with government agencies, local authorities, and law enforcement to address external risks.
    • Build effective relationships with internal teams to align security measures with organizational goals.
  5. Crisis Preparedness:
    • Monitor and mitigate potential threats and risks.
  6. Additional Responsibilities:
    • Perform any other tasks related to the Security Department as assigned.
