Position Overview:

As Chief Regional Officer, you will oversee all operations at the Karachi office, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals. The role involves a mix of leadership, business development, and operational management to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals in the Karachi office.
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal departments and external organizations.
  • Develop and implement strategies for business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Plan and execute corporate events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Manage client relationships, projects, and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Prepare and present reports to the CEO periodically.
  • Engage in consultative selling to meet business objectives.
  • Plan and manage marketing activities, ensuring optimal budget use and resource allocation.
  • Oversee procurement and logistics functions.
  • Establish professional connections with industrial leaders, including CEOs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to identify and pursue business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven management experience, ideally in industrial, commercial, or defense sectors.
  • Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analytics.
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, with excellent leadership skills.
  • A minimum of a BSc in Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • At least 15 years of relevant work experience.
