The Finance Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites applications from suitable candidates for various positions under the Fund Support Unit (FSU) and Corporate Governance Unit (CGU). These positions are offered on a purely contract basis, under the Provincial Government Market-Based Salary (MBS) Policy, initially for a period of one year. The appointments may be extended based on performance and departmental needs.

Minimum sixteen (16) years of education in:
Economics, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Public Financial Management, Data Science, or relevant disciplines.
Degrees must be from HEC recognized or reputed international institutions.
Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, CFA, FRM, CPA, ICMA, ICAEW will be considered an advantage.
Candidates with no experience may be considered based on exceptional academic performance.
5 to 15 years of relevant professional experience depending on the position.
Preferred sectors: Investment Management, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, Asset Management, Non-Banking Financial Institutions, Public or Development Sectors.
Strong preference for candidates with:
Demonstrable achievements.
Leadership or managerial roles.
Proven experience in designing financial strategies and risk analysis.

Relevant professional track record.
Shortlisted candidates will take a written test, covering:
GRE-type questions.
Financial, technical, and strategic skills.
Case study/problem-solving scenarios.

Leadership potential.
Professional competence.
