Position: Chief Internal Auditor
PRCL invites applications from qualified and eligible individuals for the position of Chief Internal Auditor. Candidates must meet the following educational and professional criteria:
Education & Experience:

Professional Accountants:
- Must be a member of a recognized professional body (CA, CPA, ACMA, ACCA).
- Alternatively, an MBA in Finance from a reputable local or international university/institute.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in auditing, risk management, internal control procedures, and financial compliance.
- Expertise in governance, risk management, and controls, especially in State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) or public sector projects.

Master’s Degree Holders:
- A Master's degree in Finance from a Higher Education Commission (HEC)-recognized university.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in audit, finance, or compliance functions.
Preferred Certifications & Experience (Added Advantage):
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
- Certified Internal Control Auditor (CICA)
- Knowledge of IFRS 17 implementation
- Experience in key roles (audit, finance, compliance) in the insurance industry
- Public sector experience, understanding of public sector structures, and working knowledge of PPRA Rules and Regulations
- ERP system exposure
Age Limit:
- Maximum of 55 years as of the closing date of applications.
