CHIEF HR & ADMIN OFFICER

CPGCL is a Public Sector Power Generation Company located at Guddu District Kashmore (Sindh). CPGCL significantly contributes in the socio-economic development of the country by producing optimum electrical energy and primarily responsible for technically innovation, economically viable, socially responsible for efficient generation of electricity and managing the Operation & Maintenance system of the Power Plant in the best interest of the Nation.

The Company is looking for high caliber energetic, pro-active, result oriented professional to work as Chief HR & Admin Officer (CHR) to be based at its Head Office located at Guddu. The Chief HR & Admin Officer is to be part of its Senior Management Team and will directly report to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

JOB PROFILE:

An ideal candidate must have solid expertise in implementation of complete HR Lifecyde, ranging from HR Strategy, Organizational Design, Organizational Development, Compensation & Reward Management, Performance Management and Training & Development. The candidate must have experience in General Administration, Labor or Employees' Relations, Security Management, Fleet Management, Facility Management and Public Procurement under PPRA Rules. The candidate should have hands on knowledge of Change Management and Reforms implementation by aligning HR Strategic Plan with overall business goals of the organization.

 

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

The candidate must be:

  1. Master in HR or MBA (HR) or MPA (16 years of education) from a reputed national or international university duly recognized from Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC). Degree in Law or any intemational certifications in HR will be considered as added qualification.
  2. At least fifteen (15) years of relevant post qualification experience with five (05) years in Senior Management Positions (BPS-19 & above in case of Public Sector Companies and Head of the DepartmentlDivision in case of Private Sector Companies) in a large scale and reputed public or private organizations with hands on experience of dealing with labor unions and industrial relations.
  3. An ideal candidate must be acquainted with ERP Tools, Outsourcing/Contract Management., Public Sector Reforms, Public Sector Corporate Governance Guidelines and Technology Enablement in large scale organization.

UPPER AGE LIMIT:

Maximum 55 years as on the last date of submission of application.

REMUNERATION:

Competitive salary package commensurate with the qualification and experience.

TENURE:

The contract will be initially for a period of two years extendable subject to satisfactory performance & job requirement.
