Position: Various senior roles based in Pakistan


Positions Available:

  1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

    • Qualification & Experience:

      • Member of a recognized body of professional accountants.

      • Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in a senior position in a public sector organization.

      • Maximum Age: 45 years.

    • Key Responsibilities:

      • Financial reporting, bank affairs, treasury management, audit compliance & control, and secretarial practices.

      • Proficiency in IFRS, Company Law, Taxation, and Corporate Governance Framework.

      • Expertise in strategic financial budgeting, forecasting & financial management, COSO framework, and ERP systems.

      • Ability to develop financial models for planning and forecasting.

      • Strong business/project finance acumen and analytical skills.

      • Decision-making capabilities in complex environments.

      • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

      • Collaborative team player with strong business ethics and integrity.

  2. Company Secretary

    • Qualification & Experience:

      • Member of a recognized body of professional accountants OR Master's Degree in Law.

      • Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

      • Maximum Age: 50 years.

    • Key Responsibilities:

      • In-depth knowledge of Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules 2013.

      • Comprehensive understanding of companies' laws, regulations, and applicable rules.

      • Management of corporate governance, audit, and legal compliance.

      • Expertise in overseeing financial management and operations.

  3. Manager Finance

    • Qualification & Experience:

      • Member of a recognized body of professional accountants OR MBA in Accounting/Finance from an HEC-recognized university.

      • Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in a public sector organization.

      • Maximum Age: 40 years.

    • Key Responsibilities:

      • Oversight of financial and feasibility reports.

      • Experience with corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

      • Bank affairs, treasury management, and audit compliance & control.

      • Ability to manage multitasking efficiently.
