VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

A Public Sector Non-Profit Company, established under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 and located in Islamabad, invites applications for the following positions on a contract basis:

1. Chief Financial Officer

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must fulfill criteria as per Public Sector Companies Corporate Governance Rules, 2013.

  • Member of a recognized body of professional accountants with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, OR

  • Master's degree in Finance from an HEC-recognized university with minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

  • Age Limit: Preferably not more than 40 years.

2. Company Secretary

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must fulfill criteria as per Public Sector Companies Corporate Governance Rules.

  • Must be either:

    • Member of a recognized body of professional accountants, OR

    • Member of a recognized body of corporate/chartered secretaries, OR

    • Master’s degree holder in Business Administration or Commerce, OR

    • Law graduate from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Age Limit: Preferably not more than 40 years.

3. Accounts Manager

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA or Master's in Finance/Accounting or relevant field from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with professional certifications.

  • Age Limit: Preferably not more than 35 years.

4. Finance and Business Development Officer

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Project Management, Economics, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Age Limit: Preferably not more than 30 years.

5. Data Analytics Professional

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master’s, in Data Analysis or related field (e.g., MIS, Business Intelligence) from a reputed, HEC-recognized university.

  • Minimum 5 years of overall experience, including 3 years in the energy sector.

  • Age Limit: Should not exceed 47 years on the last date of application.

Salary Package, Tenure & Application Procedure

  • Remuneration: Market-based salary.

  • Contract Tenure: Extendable based on satisfactory performance.

  • Application Deadline: Within 15 days from the date of advertisement.
