Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

A leading technical and engineering company in the Islamabad/Rawalpindi region seeks a competent, talented, and results-oriented individual for the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This position is initially offered on a two-year contract, with the possibility of extension based on company requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Educational Qualifications:

    • CA (Inter), ACCA, ICMA, or a Master's degree (16 years of education) in Accounts/Finance from a reputed foreign institution or an HEC-recognized university.

  2. Professional Experience:

    • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the corporate sector (national or international).
    • At least 5 years of experience as the independent in-charge of a finance department/section.
    • Proven expertise in managing diverse financial portfolios as a team leader.

  3. Key Competencies and Responsibilities:

    • Development and implementation of financial strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
    • Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and lenders.
    • Develop and execute financial risk management strategies.
