ABOUT THE ROLE:

■ The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for ensuring appropriate advice to the Board, and management, on all financial matters of NESPAK, for ensuring fiscal health, driving sustainable growth, and for maintaining an effective system of internal financial control.

■ Overseeing financial planning, costing & taxation, budgeting, financial projections, and supporting tactical initiative to manage change by implementing best corporate financial and accounting system.

■ Identify and mitigate key elements of Company's Financial risks and if required to raise additional capital to align with NESPAK's strategic goals.
■ The candidate must have strong knowledge of Public sector financial regulation, compliance, and reporting requirements.
General Instructions:
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Applications other than online shall not be accepted.
■ The candidate must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants (International Federation of Accountants (IFAC)) with at least 10 years relevant experience out of which at least 2-years of experience in the capacity of Head of Finance/CFO.
- Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for interview.
■ Candidate must have experience of working in a company having total assets of five billion rupees or more.
AGE:
■ Maximum age limit is 40 years.
- No TA/DA shall be admissible.
REMUNERATIONS:
■ The candidate will be offered competitive compensation up to PKR 1.8 million per month lumpsum salary package commensurate with experience and qualification.
TENURE:
■ The candidate will be hired on a contract basis initially for a 3-years extendable on satisfactory performance of the individual and as per requirement of the Company.
