ISLAMABAD CLUB – CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

1. CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must be a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and member of a recognized professional accountancy body.

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant/post-qualification experience.

  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a CFO, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic financial advice to committees and senior management.

  • Collaborate with both internal and external auditors to ensure financial transparency and integrity.

  • Develop and implement long-term financial plans.

  • Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.

  • Oversee and optimize ERP environments and procurement control systems.

Age Limit: Up to 55 years

2. INTERNAL AUDITOR

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must be a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and member of a recognized professional accountancy body.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an Internal Auditor or in a senior audit role at a reputable organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal audits across all departments and ensure timely completion.

  • Present audit reports to senior management.

  • Provide objective and independent assessments to enhance internal controls.

  • Advise senior management on governance, legal compliance, and risk mitigation.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of:

    • International Auditing and Accounting Standards

    • Corporate, Tax, and PPRA laws

    • Audit principles and techniques

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Computer Information Systems (CIS).

  • Experience with Computer-Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs) is advantageous.

  • Additional professional certifications will be considered a plus.
