CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company (FIEDMC) is a not-for-profit company incorporated under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984 (now Companies Act 2017) by the Government of Punjab. FIEDMC is dedicated to achieving orderly, planned, and rapid industrialization in the province of Punjab by developing and upgrading existing infrastructure.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following positions:

1. Chief Financial Officer

Qualifications:

• Member of a recognized body of professional accountants (CA/ACMA, ACCA, ICAEW).

Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in accounts, finance, and audit.
• At least 8 years of post-qualification experience in a financial management position with exposure to planning, budgeting, cash management, and financial controls.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant IFRSs/IASs, compliance requirements, tax, and commercial laws & regulations.
• Familiarity with public sector organizations and infrastructure development projects is an added advantage.

Other Requirements:

• Thorough knowledge of accounting standards and practices, including taxation laws.
• Proficient in ERP systems and PPRA rules.

Age Limit: 50-55 years

2. Company Secretary

Qualifications:

• Member of a recognized body of professional accountants or corporate/chartered secretaries.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree in business administration, commerce, or law from an HEC recognized university.

Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with the provisions of the Companies Act 2017, Code of Corporate Governance, Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules 2013, SECP rules/regulations, and corporate affairs.

Age Limit: 40-45 years

3. Manager Security

Qualifications:

• Retired officers from the Pakistan Army (recently retired within the last 3 years) at a minimum rank of Major or equivalent, or retired Police officers at a minimum rank of SP/DSP.
• Civilian candidates with a Master’s degree and 8 years of experience in managing security affairs of a reputed organization are also eligible.

Experience:

• Expertise in handling security and firefighting equipment, CCTV cameras, evaluating potential security risks, and implementing security management policies and SOPs.
• Ability to monitor information sources for security updates and analyze their impact.

Age Limit:

• Maximum of 50 years for retired officers.
• Maximum of 40 years for civilian candidates.
