CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER REQUIRED

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations, taxation strategies, and overall financial planning. The CFO will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance business growth and profitability.

  • Lead tax planning initiatives and ensure compliance with taxation laws and regulations.

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

  • Manage financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.

  • Supervise cash flow, treasury operations, and risk management functions.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic business decisions.

  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, standards, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Education: Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA)

  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years, preferably in the retail and microfinance/NBFC sector.

  • Age: Maximum age limit of 50 years (may be relaxed for candidates with exceptional experience and competencies).

  • Expertise:

    • Proven track record in handling taxation-related matters and tax planning.

    • Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.

    • Exceptional leadership, management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Location: The position is based in Gulberg, Lahore.
