A semi-private R&D company to be established at Karachi, with core objective of undertaking innovative Research & Develop- ment in the domain of Acoustic, RF Under/above water Sensors and to design and develop new products / solutions for local and overseas customers. The company is looking for energetic and competent Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who possesses expertise in the relevant field. The job is full time with an initial contract of two years extendable based on performance.

Job Description Requirement Experience
  • CFO is responsible for development of Financial Strategy and will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in utilization of funds through Financial concurrence, evaluations, Controls & Internal audits.

 Qualification
  • ACA/ACMA/ACCA/CIMA and Member of recognized body of Professional Accountants, Local / International. or MBA (Fin) from reputable abroad or Pakistani University.
  • Skills:
  • Effective overall Financial Management including Business Planning, Budgetary allocation and distribution, Forecasting, Financial Negotiations, Trend Analysis, Evaluating Financial KPIs as per project timelines & ensuring compliance and relationship with stakeholders.
 Minimum of 15 years of post-qualification relevant experience in a reputable Govt/ Private sector Company/Organi- zation with at least 05 years of related functional experience in a similar role at Senior Manage- ment position. He/She should have vast experience of taxation, new accounting principles and auditing procedures and should be well versed with banking practices required to run the company on corporate lines.
 

Terms and Condition:

  • Candidate must be Pakistani National.
  • The position is based in Karachi. However, the company reserves the right to relocate the candidate anywhere in Pakistan.
  • In service candidate should apply with NoC from the current Organization. If selected, they will have to resign from current service before joining this position. Only short listed candidates will be called for interview and will be issued documents for completion of induction process.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
