Punjab Industrial Estates Development & Management Company (PIEDMC)
PIEDMC is a not-for-profit organization established under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now Companies Act 2017), by the Government of Punjab. It is tasked with promoting planned and rapid industrialization across Punjab through the development of new industrial estates and the upgradation of existing ones.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following positions:

1. Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Qualification:

  • Must be a member of a recognized professional accounting body (CA/ACMA/ACCA/ICAEW).

  • Must fulfill the criteria under the Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013.

Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of overall relevant experience in accounts, finance, and audit.

  • At least 08 years post-qualification experience in a financial management role, with expertise in:

    • Planning & budgeting

    • Cash management

    • Financial controls

  • In-depth knowledge of:

    • IFRS/IAS

    • Tax and commercial laws & regulations

    • Compliance requirements

  • Minimum 03 years in a similar senior management/leadership position.

  • Experience with public sector organizations and infrastructure development projects is a plus.

Other Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of accounting standards, tax laws, and ERP systems.

  • Familiarity with PPRA rules is preferred.

Age Requirement:

  • Minimum age: 40 years

2. Position: Company Secretary

Qualification:

Must meet criteria under Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013, and must be one of the following:

  • Member of a recognized body of professional accountants, OR

  • Member of a recognized body of corporate/chartered secretaries, OR

  • Holder of a Master's degree in Business Administration or Commerce or a Law Graduate from an HEC-recognized university with at least five years of relevant experience.

Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.

Age Requirement:

  • Minimum age: 40 years
