Position: Chief Executive Officer
The Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF), incorporated in 2008 as a public sector company under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, seeks to fill the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Established by the Government of Punjab, PEEF aims to provide scholarships and monetary assistance to talented and needy students, enabling them to pursue quality education and level the playing field with their more fortunate peers. PEEF currently operates with an Endowment Fund of 17 billion Rupees.

Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Economics, or Finance from an HEC-recognized university or equivalent granted by HEC for these programs.
Certification from a recognized body of professional accountants (CA, ACMA, ACCA, ICAEW).
Experience:
General Requirements:
15 years in General Administration, Operations, or Management.
Minimum of 5 years as CEO, COO, or MD, heading an organization.
Specific Experience:
At least 3 years in management and implementation of large-sized projects or funds in the public sector, with an annual turnover, annual outlay, or fund management of PKR 5 billion, substantiated by audited accounts or budget evidence.
Experience with international or local donor agencies, public sector, and education sector is an added advantage.
Age Limit:
Candidates must be between 45-60 years of age on the last date of receipt of the job application.
Salary:
A market-based salary will be offered based on experience and skills.
