SITUATION VACANT

Position Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Location: Head Office, Lahore

Job Responsibilities:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Overseeing the overall management of the company, including financial matters and other operations as delegated by the Board, subject to its oversight and direction.

  • Ensuring the proper implementation of the strategies and policies approved by the Board.

  • Establishing appropriate arrangements to safeguard funds and resources, ensuring they are used economically, efficiently, and effectively in accordance with the company's business plan and statutory obligations.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's or Graduate degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Commerce, Engineering Management, Economics, or a related field from a recognized institution by HEC.

  • Alternatively, candidates may be members of a recognized body of professional accountants.

Professional Experience:

  • A minimum of 15 years of demonstrated professional experience, with at least 2 years in a Chief Executive role or at a senior management level in a large-scale public or private sector organization.

Age Limit & Nationality:

  • Age: Up to 57 years as of the closing date for submission of applications.

  • Nationality: Pakistani nationals only.

Pay Package:

  • The monthly salary will be up to Rs. 500,000/- (inclusive of all allowances and benefits), negotiable based on qualification and experience.

Terms & Conditions:

  • The appointment will be based purely on merit and performance under a contract.
