Chief Executive Officer (CEO) PhD or Master in Business Administration, Public Finance, Public Policy, Engineering or any other relevant field. Candidates with a relevant degree from a top ranked foreign university will be preferred. At least 12 years of overall professional work experience. Minimum 8 years of organizational/ administrative leadership experience. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in PPP or project finance Rs 700,000-900,000
