HIRING OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE

Location: Finance & Trade Center (FTC), Karachi

FTC Management Company (Pvt.) Limited, an ISO-Certified entity specializing in facilities management, operations, and maintenance of corporate edifices, is seeking a dynamic and qualified individual for the position of Chief Executive. The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership skills, vision, and the ability to manage the organization efficiently under the direction of the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient management of the company and its operations.
  • Implement strategies and policies approved by the Board.
  • Oversee human resource management and project management.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of resources and compliance with statutory obligations.
  • Safeguard company resources, ensuring they are used economically and effectively.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputable, HEC-recognized institution. Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory.
  • Preferred: A Master's degree and professional certifications such as:
    • CFM (Certified Facilities Manager)
    • FMP (Facilities Management Professional)
    • IFMA (International Facilities Management Association)

Experience:

  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in facilities management, including senior management and leadership roles.

Skills:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of facilities management operations.
  • Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and business operations.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, drive innovation, and foster growth.
  • Proven ability to maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • High professional integrity and ethical leadership.

Additional Information:

  • Age Limit: Maximum 55 years as of the closing date.
  • Compensation: Market-competitive compensation package.
  • Contract: Three years, with detailed terms & conditions outlined in the contract.
  • Nationality: Only Pakistani nationals are eligible to apply. Candidates with dual/multiple nationalities are ineligible.
