EXPERIENCE:
The indidate must possess Bachelor's Degree/16 years education in the field (s) of Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Business Administration/Management Sciences or Financial Management or Energy Management or the candidate mus must possess professional certification/qualification i.e. CA or ACCA from recognized universities/institutions by the Higher Education Commission/competent forums (the candidates having higher qualification (s), the fields of engineering, management sciences, business administration, law, energy management finance or equivalent in addition to the basic required degree (s) on the closing date university recognized by the Higher Education ommission will be given additional weight-age/mark (s) against the weight-age be allocated to qualification (s);
The candidate must possess at least 20 years' relevant quality post qualification national or
international experience including at least 03 years of working experience in Power Sector
(Private Public) with at least 02 years senior management positions (additional weight- age will be given to quality experience of senior management, power sector experience and experience of heading any private public sector organization (s) of repute at national international level.
If the candidate possesses experience of working in public sector his experience in position
of BPS-20 equivalent to BPS-20 whether on substantive or non-substantive basis shall If the candidate possesses of working in the private sector, he shall mention

REMUNERATION & TENURE:
candidate on selection will be entitled to market-based salary package commensurate with the qualification/experience/credentials of the candidate to be determined by the HESCO Board. The contract will be awarded initially for a period of three (03) years with annual performance
evaluation to be undertaken by the Board of Directors HESCO. The contract of the selected candidate terminated any time by the Board with or without assigning any reason.
OTHER CONDITIONS:
The prospective candidate must comply with the Fit and Proper Criteria given the various relevant laws/rules including in the Companies Act, 2017 and the State-Owned Enterprises
(SOES) Ownership and Management Policy, 2023 framed under State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023.
The prospective candidate must be a Pakistani Citizen.
Upper Age Limit for the post is 65 years on the closing date of the receipt of applications.
