The Centre for Aerospace & Security Studies (CASS), Lahore requires the services of eligible Pakistani nationals (Male/Female) on a contract basis for the following positions:

Qualification/Experience |
|
- PhD in Defense and Strategic Studies, International Relations, War Studies, Security Studies, or any compatible discipline, from an HEC-recognized university. |
|
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in research/academia and think tank related to the above-mentioned disciplines. |
|
- Strong analytical & academic writing skills, with excellent communication skills. |
|
- Exhibit a track record of successfully supervising and leading a research team within a think tank or similar organization. |
|
Qualifications/Experience:
- PhD in Economics, Development Economics, Macroeconomics, or any Economic-Related Discipline from an HEC recognized university.
- PhD in International Relations, Political Science, Glatur Studies, Public Policy, Law, or relevant field to international relations from HEC recognized university.
- M.Phil degree and/or PhD in the following disciplines from an HEC-recognized university:
- Space Studies
- Artificial Intelligence
- Strategic Studies
- Economy
- Nuclear Studies
- Cyber Warfare
- International Relations
- Peace and Conflict Studies
- National Security
- Aerospace Power
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in research/academia/think tank.
- Strong analytical & academic writing skills, along with excellent communications skills.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Candidates with 5 research papers published in Web of Science under HEC-recognized journals will be preferred.
MP Qualifications:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in the following disciplines from an HEC-recognized university:
- Strategic Studies
- Nuclear Studies
- Artificial Intelligence
- Cyber Warfare
- National Security
- Economics
- International Relations
- Peace and Conflict Studies
Researcher:
- Qualifications: M.Phil/PhD in relevant disciplines.
- Experience: 2-3 years in research/academia/think tank.
- Skills: Strong analytical & academic writing skills, proficiency in MS Office, Zoom, fact-checking, and reference standardization.
- Publications: Candidates with publications in national/international journals will be preferred.
Assistant Editor:
- Qualifications: MA/MS in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field from HEC recognized university.
- Experience: 3 years’ experience in editorial roles, preferably in academic/scholarly publishing and digital media.
- Skills: Versatile writing and proofreading skills, proficiency in plagiarism checking, fact-checking, and reference standardization.
Coordinator/Front Desk Officer:
- Skills: Good communication skills, experience in coordinating meetings, events, and managing reception.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
Web Designer:
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, handling Social Media accounts, graphic designing, video editing.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university, qualification in graphic designing or relevant field.
