SITUATION VACANT NOTICE

Applications are invited from suitable and eligible candidates for the following posts on a regular basis:

1. Store Keeper (BPS-14)

  • No. of Posts: 01

  • Quota: Sindh (Rural)

  • Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years

  • Minimum Qualification & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Management or Administration from an HEC-recognized university.

    • Six (06) months diploma in computer applications.

    • Two (02) years of work experience in storekeeping and store management from a recognized organization.

2. Civilian Technician Communication Operator (BPS-9)

  • No. of Posts: 01

  • Quota: Sindh (Rural)

  • Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years

  • Minimum Qualification & Experience:

    • Matriculation.

    • One (01) year diploma in Telecom Technology from a recognized institute.

    • Six (06) months certificate in computer applications.

3. Store Man (BPS-7)

  • No. of Posts: 09

  • Quota Distribution:

    • 05 x Merit

    • 01 x Sindh (Rural)

    • 01 x Sindh (Urban)

    • 01 x Balochistan

    • 01 x Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

  • Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years

  • Minimum Qualification & Experience:

    • Matriculation.

    • Six (06) months diploma in computer applications.

    • Six (06) months of practical experience in storekeeping and store management from a recognized organization.
      OR

    • Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOS)/Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) from any arm/service with intelligence background and

    • Six (06) months experience or certification in computer applications.

4. Assistant Supervisor Fire (BPS-3)

  • No. of Posts: 01

  • Quota: Local (Domicile must be from Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Attock, Hazara Division, AJK, or Gilgit Baltistan)

  • Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years

  • Minimum Qualification & Experience:

    • Primary education.

    • Minimum six (06) months of experience in the relevant field.

Note on Local Quota:

“Local areas” include residents holding domicile of:

  • District Rawalpindi

  • Islamabad

  • Attock

  • Hazara Division

  • Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK)

  • Gilgit Baltistan

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria must submit:

    • Application form

    • Postal order of Rs. 200/-

    • Attested copies of all educational certificates

    • Experience certificates

    • Computer diplomas

    • Domicile certificate

    • CNIC

    • Two (02) recent passport-size photographs
      Submit to: Commandant, Central Ordnance Depot, Rawalpindi within 15 days of advertisement publication.

  2. Age relaxation is already included in the stated age limit. However, an additional 3-year relaxation is allowed for candidates belonging to:

    • Scheduled Castes

    • Buddhist Community

    • Sindh (Rural)

    • Balochistan

    • Tribal Areas

    • AJK

    • Gilgit Baltistan

  3. Government servants must apply through proper channel. Up to 10 years age relaxation is allowed for those who have completed at least 2 years of continuous service.

  4. Ex-servicemen are eligible up to 45 years of age.

  5. Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
    No TA/DA will be admissible.

  6. Initial appointment will be on probation for one year, with regularization subject to satisfactory performance.

  7. Preference will be given to candidates possessing higher qualifications and relevant experience.
