Cabin Crew (Males / Females)

REQUIREMENTS

Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation from any HEC-recognized institute.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work under stress and in different time zones.

Age Limit:

  • Cabin Crew Trainees: Up to 25 years (including all age relaxations) as of the last date of submission of applications.

  • Experienced Cabin Crew: Up to 30 years (including all age relaxations) as of the last date of submission of applications.

  • Must hold a valid Cabin Crew Competency Certificate issued by the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority.

Appearance:

  • Good appearance, elegant, smart, and well-groomed.

Height Requirements:

  • Flight Steward: Minimum height of 5 feet 6 inches.

  • Air Hostess: Minimum height of 5 feet 2 inches.

Weight:

  • Proportionate to height as per BMI standards.

Marital Status:

  • Unmarried (for female candidates only).

Languages:

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Urdu.

  • Knowledge of any regional or foreign language will be considered an added advantage.

Health Requirements:

  • Perfect eyesight. Candidates who use contact lenses may apply, subject to medical evaluation.

  • Candidates with spectacles and skin problems are discouraged from applying.

Terms of Contract:

  • Two (02) years extendable contract based on satisfactory performance and company requirements.

SELECTION PROCEDURE

  1. Computer-Based Test (CBT): Eligible candidates will undergo a CBT conducted by an independent testing agency. The test score will be displayed immediately upon completion.

  2. Minimum Passing Marks: Candidates securing 70% or more in the CBT will be called for a grooming assessment and subsequent interview.

  3. Medical Examination: Selected candidates will undergo a thorough medical examination as per PIA policy.

  4. Quota Compliance: All provincial/regional quotas and applicable regulations shall be followed.

  1. How to Apply:

    • Applications are invited on the prescribed form available on the PIA website: PIA Careers or through the National Job Portal: NJP.

    • Deadline: 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.

  2. Application Fee:

    • Rs. 2000/- (Non-refundable) to be deposited via bank transfer in favor of PIACL:

    • Proof of payment must be attached with the application form, and the transaction reference number must be entered in Section VIII of the application form.

  3. Required Documents:

    • Photocopies of Matriculation and other academic certificates.

    • Experience letters (if applicable).

    • Six (06) passport-sized photographs with a white background.

  4. Important Notes:

    • Clearly mention the position applied for on the application form.
