We Are Hiring

NTL is inviting applications from highly skilled and experienced professionals for the following positions:

Position: Business Executive

No. of Positions:

  • 9x – Karachi

  • 3x – Quetta

Educational Background:

  • Minimum: Intermediate

  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree from an HEC-recognized university

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field

Skills & Competencies:

  • Achieve assigned business targets by implementing effective sales and business strategies

  • Monitor franchisee performance and ensure alignment with company goals

  • Maintain updated records of franchisees, including performance metrics and compliance

  • Identify and explore growth opportunities within the franchise network

  • Conduct ground verifications, deliver product training, and support new franchisee deployments

  • Perform franchise visits to ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory, and operational standards

  • Develop strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders

  • Prepare and present performance and compliance reports

  • Proven expertise in business development, sales, or franchise management

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools

Location:

  • Karachi East, Central, West, Malir, Keamari

  • Thatta/Sujawal, Badin, Mirpurkhas, Tharparkar/Umarkot

  • Quetta

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Initial contract for 3 years, extendable based on performance; 6-month probation period

  2. Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without explanation

  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for test/interview

  4. Disqualification for submission of false information

  5. Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates

  6. Government/Semi-Government employees must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC)

  7. No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview

  8. Attested HEC degrees must be presented at the interview

  9. Females, Minorities, Transgender, and Differently-abled individuals are encouraged to apply

  10. Preference to candidates with own conveyance (motorbike)
