The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following position:

Business Coordinator (OG - II/ OG - I)
Reporting to
National Sales Manager
• Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college/ institute recognized by the HEC
Educational/ Professional Qualification
Experience
Candidates having Master's degree and/or any relevant certification (s) will be preferred
Minimum 03 years' experience in MIS reporting / data management, preferably in a bank and/or financial sector
Strong analytical skills
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required
Sound understanding of MIS requirements of business
Good expertise in data analysis
Capability to deliver and meet deadlines
Proficient in MS Office suite (MS Outlook / MS Excel / MS Word / MS PowerPoint)
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
To analyze complex data and prepare reports for statistical analysis and efficient working To perform data extraction from different sources for MIS(s) and reports preparation
• To provide in-depth analysis of reports preparation for business presentations &
identifying gap for remedial measures To prepare and maintain weekly / monthly deposit and cross-sell Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs) reports for National Sales Manager
To prepare and maintain targets vs achievement business reports for review and discussion on business solutions
To manage reports by creating and circulating trackers, dashboards and MIS(s)
To prepare and maintain business reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis in liaison with branches/area/region/field
To perform analysis regarding demographics, trends and patterns
To understand business directions / needs to develop solutions and to keep regular monitoring through trackers/dashboards
To liaise with field and other relevant stakeholders for smooth coordination
To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation
