SITUATIONS VACANT

Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals to fill the following vacant positions at Medical Teaching Institution Bannu under the Medical Teaching Institution Reforms Amendment Act, 2015.

1. Casualty Medical Officers (Male/Female)

Number of Positions: 24
Maximum Age Limit: 40 years
Qualification:

  • MBBS or equivalent degree with PMDC registration from a government-recognized institution.
    Preference: Experienced candidates will be given priority.

2. Women Medical Officers (For Gynae only)

Number of Positions: 12
Maximum Age Limit: 40 years
Qualification:

  • MBBS or equivalent degree with valid PMDC registration from a government-recognized institution.
    Preference: Experienced candidates will be preferred.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Application Form:

    • Prescribed application form can be downloaded from the website mtibannu.edu.pk.
    • Applications must be submitted on the prescribed proforma, complete in all respects, along with biodata and attested photocopies of academic and experience certificates.
    • Applications should be sent to the HR Department, MTI Bannu by Tuesday, 29-10-2024, along with a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 1,000/-. Payment must be made via Bank Account No. 3003978558, Bank of Khyber IBB KGNTH MTI, Branch Code 5205, in the name of "Hospital Director, Khalifa Gul Nawaz Hospital, Medical Teaching Institution MTI Bannu".

  2. Electronic Submission:

    • Applications must also be submitted electronically via the website mtibannu.edu.pk. Hard copies alone will not be accepted.

  3. Fee Payment:

    • Cheque/Pay orders will not be accepted.

  4. Application Deadline:

    • Applications must reach the HR Department, KGN MTI Bannu by the specified deadline. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.

  5. Regulations:

    • The services of selected candidates will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Reforms Act, 2015 (amended from time to time).

  6. Quotas:

    • Minority and disability quotas will be observed as per government policy.

  7. Interview Process:

    • 05 candidates per seat will be shortlisted for interviews based on merit.

  8. Disqualification Criteria:

    • Candidates may be disqualified if they:
      a. Are convicted by a court of law.
      b. Have a history of dismissal from public service.
      c. Provide false information.
      d. Suppress information that could lead to disqualification.
      e. Attempt to secure their position through improper means.
      f. Submit forged documents.
      g. Tamper with their age, academic records, or publications.
      h. Misbehave during the interview process.

  9. Document Verification:

    • Original documents must be produced at the time of the interview.

  10. Number of Positions:

    • The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts.

  11. No TA/DA:

    • No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.

Note:

Candidates who previously applied for the Medical Officer position in July 2024 do not need to reapply, as they will automatically be considered for these positions.
