1. Basic Sciences Faculty Positions

Terms and Conditions

1. Application Submission

   • Application form available at: www.gkmcs.edu.pk
   • Submit a cover letter, CV/Resume, attested copies of educational testimonials, CNIC, and experience certificates addressed to the Dean/Chief Executive.
   • Applications must reach the Human Resources Department, Bacha Khan Medical Complex, Shahmansoor, Swabi, by 20th January 2025.

2. Submission Process

   • Applications must be sent in a sealed envelope through courier, mentioning the applied position.
   • Incomplete applications or those without the required deposit slip will be rejected.

3. References and Documentation

   • Submit three references with the application.
   • Late submissions or modifications after the deadline will not be accepted.

4. Multiple Applications

   • Separate applications and bank deposit slips are required for each position.

6. Eligibility Criteria

7. In-Service Applicants

   • Must apply through the proper channel and resign upon selection.

8. Selection Process

   • Recruitment will be merit-based and transparent.
   • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.

9. IBPP Practice Requirement

   • Selected clinical faculty must conduct IBPP; private practice outside the hospital is not permitted.

10. Disqualifications

    • Candidates may be disqualified for legal convictions, false information, improper conduct, or forgery.
