The Azad Jammu & Kashmir Information Technology Board is inviting applications for various positions in connection with the project titled "E-Office for Secretariat Offices & All Attached Departments in AJK and Miscellaneous Grant" (Open Merit). The positions are available on a contract basis, and candidates with the required academic qualifications and experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualification and Experience:
-
Senior Manager Database & Operations
Qualification: BS (CE/SE/CS) or MS (CS/CE/SE) or equivalent relevant degree in IT/Computer Science.
Experience:-
Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience.

At least 5 years of experience in a government organization regarding overseeing and monitoring databases or managing projects involving large-scale, extensive databases.

Expertise in high-availability solutions, including disaster recovery, clustering, replication, and failover mechanisms.
-
Proven ability to coordinate project management activities, with experience in documentation (PC-I/PC-IV), report writing, budgeting, cost analysis, and forecasting.

Senior Software Developer
Qualification: MCS/BS(CS/CE/SE) or equivalent degree in IT from a reputed foreign or HEC recognized university.
Experience:-
At least 5 years of relevant experience.

Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, Analysis and Design.

Expertise in PHP Laravel, Yii Framework, Angular JS, and the ability to design complex software systems.

Proficiency in HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, and CSS with 5 to 10 completed projects.

Software Developer
Qualification: MCS/BS(CS/CE/SE) or equivalent degree in IT from a reputed foreign or HEC recognized university.
Experience:-
At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in one or more programming languages (PHP, Laravel, MVC, etc.).

Knowledge of web application development using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, and CSS with 3 to 5 completed projects.

IT Assistant
Qualification: BS (CS/SE) or Graduation in any field of IT from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience:-
Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.

2 years of data entry experience in government/local or foreign organizations.
