Applications are invited on a contractual basis from eligible candidates on the prescribed form for the following posts at Ayub Medical College, Medical Teaching Institution, Abbottabad.

1. Lecturer Basic Sciences (IPS-05)

No. of Posts: 02
Qualification/Experience:

• M.Phil. or equivalent qualification in Basic Sciences approved and registered by the PMDC.
• Note:
  • Postgraduate Trainees (TMOs) in clinical subjects (e.g., FCPS-II trainees) are not eligible.
  • Completion of house job is mandatory by the closing date.
  • Applicants with provisional PMDC registration will not be considered.
    Age Limit: 22-40 years
    Domicile: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

2. Lecturer Dentistry (IPS-05)

No. of Posts: 01
Qualification/Experience:

• BDS or equivalent qualification in Dental Sciences approved and registered by the PMDC.
• Note:
  • Same conditions as for Lecturer Basic Sciences apply.
    Age Limit: 22-40 years

3. Librarian (IPS-05)

Qualification/Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Library Science or Master’s Degree with a Diploma in Library Science.
  Age Limit: 21-32 years

4. Clinical Technologist (Pathology) (IPS-05)

Qualification/Experience:

• BS/H.Sc (4 years) or Master’s Degree in relevant technology.
  Age Limit: 22-35 years
  Domicile: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

5. Office Assistant (IPS-04)

No. of Posts: 01
Qualification/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of post-qualification office-related experience.
• Skills in record and mail management, drafting, noting, and familiarity with MS Office.

6. Clinical Technician Pathology (IPS-03)

Qualification/Experience:

• At least 2nd Division SSC with Science and a 2-year diploma in relevant technology or F.Sc in Medical Technology.
  Age Limit: 18-32 years
  Domicile: Hazara Division

7. Junior Clerk (IPS-02)

No. of Posts: 06
Qualification/Experience:

• FA/F.Sc with 2nd division or equivalent.
• Typing speed of 30 WPM and proficiency in MS Office.
  Age Limit: 18-30 years
  Domicile: Hazara Division

8. Sub Engineer (Civil) (IPS-02)

Qualification/Experience:

• Secondary School Certificate with Science and a diploma in Civil Engineering.
  Age Limit: 21-32 years

9. PET (Male) (IPS-02)

Qualification/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a Junior Diploma in Physical Education.
  Age Limit: 21-32 years

General Terms & Conditions

1. Screening will be conducted by ETEA. Detailed scrutiny will follow by the appointing authority.
2. Candidates must create a profile on ETEA's website and verify CNIC through NADRA E-Sahulat.
3. Applications must be complete and submitted by the last date (10th December 2024).
4. Government/Semi-Government employees must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
5. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
6. The Dean/CEO reserves the right to cancel or amend vacancies without notice.
7. Candidates must submit attested copies of all relevant documents upon request.
8. Reserved quotas: 2% for disabled, 10% for women, 5% for minorities.
