Job Description:
Shaheen Foundation-PAF is seeking experienced and motivated professionals to fill the position of Assistant Director HR, focusing on Pay & Allowances.


Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required:

  • Educational Qualification: MBA (HR)
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and ERP Systems.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in preparation, maintenance, and analysis of HR data, including payroll, overtime, EOBI payments, and leave encashment.
