ACADEMIC POSITIONS VACANT – PCMD

The International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS) invites applications from qualified candidates for the following academic positions:

(A) Associate Professor – 1 Position

Pay Scale: Rs. 263,250 – 15,356 – 493,590 (as per TTS statutes of ICCBS)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from an HEC-recognized University/Institution.

  • Minimum 8 years of post-Ph.D. teaching and research experience in Stem Cell Research.

  • At least 10 research publications, with 5 publications in the last five years, in internationally abstracted impact factor journals relevant to the field.

(B) Assistant Professor – 1 Position

Pay Scale: Rs. 175,000 – 12,065 – 356,475 (as per TTS statutes of ICCBS)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Ph.D. in Virology, Molecular Medicine, or Organic Chemistry from an HEC-recognized University/Institution.

  • At least 1 year of post-doctoral research and teaching experience in Molecular Virology.

  • Minimum 4 research publications in internationally abstracted impact factor journals in the relevant field.

(C) Research Officer – 2 Positions (Contractual)

Pay Scale: Rs. 100,000 to 120,000

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from an HEC-recognized University/Institution.

  • Research experience in the field of Stem Cell Research.

(D) Research Officer – 1 Position (Contractual)

Pay Scale: Rs. 100,000 to 120,000

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Ph.D. in Animal Sciences or Biological Sciences from an HEC-recognized University/Institution.

  • Research experience in animal disease models or animal handling.

(E) Research Officer – 1 Position (Contractual)

Pay Scale: Rs. 100,000 to 120,000

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Ph.D. in Plant Biotechnology from an HEC-recognized University/Institution.

  • Research experience in Plant Biotechnology or relevant field.
