- Two (2) sets of attested copies of:
  - Academic qualifications
  - Relevant experience certificates
  - Publications (if applicable)
- A non-refundable pay order/demand draft of Rs. 1000/- in favour of Foundation University Islamabad (NTN: 2884905-2)
Government Employees:
Applicants currently employed in Government/Semi-Government Organizations or Autonomous Bodies must apply through proper channel.
