A Public Sector Autonomous body of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites applications from suitable candidates with domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including Newly Merged Districts (NMDs), for the following positions. The qualifications and requirements for each position are as follows:

Position: Assistant Registrar (BPS-17)

  • No. of Posts: 1

  • Age: 25-35 years

  • Required Experience & Qualification:

    • LLB or equivalent degree.

    • At least three (03) years' experience.

Position: Office Assistant (BPS-16)

  • No. of Posts: 2 (1 for Open Merit, 1 for Female Quota)

  • Age: 20-32 years

  • Required Experience & Qualification:

    • At least a 2nd Class Bachelor's Degree (14 Years) from a recognized university.

Position: Sr. Scale Stenographer (BPS-16)

  • No. of Posts: 3

  • Age: 20-32 years

  • Required Experience & Qualification:

    • At least a 2nd Class Bachelor's Degree (14 Years) or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.

    • A shorthand and typing speed of 70/45 words per minute in English.

Position: Jr. Scale Stenographer (BPS-14)

  • No. of Posts: 2

  • Age: 18-30 years

  • Required Experience & Qualification:

    • At least a 2nd Division Intermediate or equivalent qualification from a recognized board.

    • A shorthand and typing speed of 50/35 words per minute in English.

    • Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.

Position: Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

  • No. of Posts: 2

  • Age: 18-30 years

  • Required Experience & Qualification:

    • At least a 2nd Division Intermediate or equivalent qualification from a recognized board.

    • Typing speed of 30 words per minute.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Candidates will be allowed provisionally to appear in the ETEA screening test. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority. If any candidate is found ineligible at any stage, they will be disqualified.

  2. Candidates must create a profile on ETEA's website. After creating the profile, candidates will need to print an E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without this verification, candidates will not be able to apply for any post.

  3. The candidate must possess domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa or Newly Merged Districts.

  4. Screening will be based on the test conducted by ETEA.

  5. Only shortlisted candidates will be issued interview call letters.

  6. Candidates must be eligible in all respects by the last date for submitting applications.

  7. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered.

  8. Age relaxation will be provided according to existing government rules.

  9. Candidates working in government or semi-government departments must apply through the proper channel.

  10. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit a separate application and fee for each post.

  11. Original documents, along with one set of attested copies, must be presented during the interview.
