CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Applications are invited for the following positions, initially on a one-year contract (extendable based on successful performance), at MTI Mardan College of Nursing, BKMC Mardan:

1. Assistant Professor Nursing (BPS-18)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Post RN or Generic BSN with MSN from any HEC and PNC recognized institute.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience as a Lecturer.
• Publications: Minimum two publications in any recognized Health Science Journal (with at least one publication in the last two years).
• License: Valid PNC License with all entries of professional qualifications.
• Preference: Candidates with higher qualifications.

2. Nursing Lecturer (BPS-17) (Male/Female)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Post RN or Generic BSN (16 years of education) from any HEC and PNC recognized institute.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-degree clinical or teaching experience in public autonomous, semi-government, or well-reputed private institutes.
• License: Valid PNC License with all entries of professional qualifications.
• Preference: Female candidates.

3. Clinical Instructor (Nursing) (BPS-17) (Male/Female)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Post RN or Generic BSN (16 years of education) from any HEC and PNC recognized institute.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
• License: Valid PNC License with all entries of professional qualifications.
• Preference: Female candidates.
