Job Opportunities

The National University of Modern Languages (NUML) invites applications from Pakistani Nationals for the following positions on a contractual basis for its Main Campus in Islamabad.

1. Assistant Private Secretary

  • Qualification/Experience Required:
    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant (PA).
    • Proficiency in computer handling, especially MS Office.
    • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
    • Must possess strong drafting skills.

2. Vehicle Mechanic

  • Qualification/Experience Required:
    • Retired Army NCOs/JCOs are encouraged to apply.
    • Literate with 15 years of experience as a vehicle mechanic in a university or educational department.

3. Auto Electrician

  • Qualification/Experience Required:
    • Literate with 5 years of experience as an auto electrician in a university or educational department.

4. Tailor

  • Qualification/Experience Required:
    • Literate with relevant tailoring experience.

5. Driver

  • Qualification/Experience Required:
    • Must have valid HTV/LTV driving licenses (including cars).
    • 5 years of relevant driving experience.
    • Retired Army personnel with experience in staff car driving may also apply.

6. Security Guard (Male & Female)

  • Qualification/Experience Required:
    • Literate with relevant experience.
    • Physically fit and not older than 45 years.
    • Retired Army personnel are encouraged to apply.

Conditions:

  1. Ex-Army personnel are eligible to apply for all positions.

  2. Interested candidates must apply using the prescribed application form, accompanied by:

    • Professional experience certificates.
    • CNIC copy.
