Quaid-e-Azarn Solar Power Plit Ltd (QA Solar), wholly owned by the Government of Punjab. has installed the first Ott 100 MW Solar PV Plant in the province of Punjab. We require the services of professionally sound candidates for the following positions.

Assistant Manager Legal

Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Assist the Legal department in research & drafting of legal instruments
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong skills of legal drafting
  • Corporate compliances of SECP
  • Maintenance of corporate record and minutes of Board Meetings.
 

Qualifications: LLB Degree from EEC Recognized University. At least 4 years of experience as inhouse legal counsel of a reputable Corporate Legal Finn. Applicants with LLM degree and experience of Power Sector will be preferred.

Max Age Limit: The maximum age of candidate should not be more than 40 years at the last date of advertisement i.e. 27 September 2021. Government employees can apply through proper channel.
