Job Opportunity: Assistant Manager / Executive (Coordination)
Location: Islamabad
We are seeking an experienced individual to join the Chancellor's Secretariat team as an Assistant Manager / Executive (Coordination). This role involves providing top-level administrative support and managing the Chancellor's Office's daily operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inquiries and scheduling meetings.
- Organizing complex travel arrangements.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Education: Minimum Master's degree from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized institute with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in office management systems, project management, and IT applications such as Smart Sheet, MS Teams/Teamflect, MS Office, and Google Apps.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional planning and time management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work discreetly and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Capacity to perform under pressure.
