General Information

  1. Application Submission:
    Submit a complete application with attested copies of all testimonials (Matric, Inter, Bachelor, Master mark sheets, certificates, experience certificates, three recent photographs, domicile, and CNIC) to the office of the Deputy Dean, Federal Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore-54600 by 16.01.2025 (01:00 PM).
    Incomplete applications will not be entertained.

  2. Government Employees:
    Candidates already in Government service should apply through the proper channel with departmental clearance.

  3. Application Fee:

    • Application forms can be downloaded from www.skzmdc.edu.pk.
    • Processing fee: Rs. 500/-, payable at National Bank of Pakistan (Branch Code-1707, Account No. 3154820902) in favor of Dean, Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore.
    • Attach the original bank challan with the application.

  4. Quota Observance:

    • 2% for disabled persons
    • 5% for minorities
    • 10% for women
    • Transgender candidates as per Federal Government rules.

  5. Application Collection:
    Forms are also available from the Accounts Section of Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute during duty hours upon payment of the application fee.

  6. Selection Process:

    • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews.
    • No TA/DA will be provided.

  7. Merit-Based Selection:
    Appointments will be made as per the institute’s rules and regulations.

  8. Contractual Appointments:
    Candidates from provinces other than their quota may apply and may be appointed on a 2-year contract or until a suitable candidate from the concerned province is available.
