on Regular Basis		 Degree in Engineering in the requisite discipline from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification and except in a case where section 28 (b) of the Pakistan Engineering Council Act, 1976 (V of 1976) applies registration as a “Professional Engineer” with the Pakistan Engineering Council.
NOTE:
  1. Degree in Engineering in the requisite discipline means (Civil
    Engineering) Degree.
  2. Valid Registration Certificate issued from Pakistan Engineering Council
    on or before the closing date.
  3. Equivalence of Qualification Determined by HEC or Qualification
    Equivalent Determination Committee of Administrative Department will be acceptable.
  4. Where the Degree / Transcript is showing CGPA, a certificate showing Total / Obtained Marks or Percentage of Marks will be required from Controller of Examination.
 Male:
21 to 30 + 5 = 35 years
Female:
21 to 30 + 8 = 38 years

PLACE OF POSTING:
Anywhere in Punjab		 One paper MCQ type written test of 100 Marks and 90 minutes duration. Syllabus is as under:-
  1. Questions relating to Prescribed (80%) Qualification.
  2. Questions relating to (20%)
    General Ability which includes General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, Everyday Science and Basic Computer Studies.

  2. Employees of Semi Government and Autonomous Bodies of Federal Government or Provincial Government and those of Local Bodies are not entitled to age concession for the period of their service in such organization.
  3. In case a candidate claims that his/her qualification is equivalent to the prescribed qualification, he/she will be required to submit equivalence certificate of his/her foreign/local qualification, issued by the Competent Authority of HEC/PMDC/PEC & QEDC of concerned Administrative Department, which will be accepted by the Commission as Final, at the time of interview or whenever asked by the Commission. If a candidate fails to submit Equivalence Certificate issued by the Competent Authority at the time of interview or whenever asked by the Commission, his/her candidature shall be cancelled.
