NADRA is seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals for the following positions:

Positions & Age Requirements:

1. Assistant Director (Technical Audit)
   • Age Max: 37 years
2. Assistant Director (Software Test Analyst)
   • Age Max: 37 years
3. Deputy Assistant Director (Software Test Analyst)
   • Age Max: 30 years

Educational Background:

• Bachelors (4 Years) in Computer Science or equivalent
  Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC (Higher Education Commission).

Job Location:

• Islamabad

Terms & Conditions:

1. Selected candidates will be initially hired for a contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
2. Responsibilities, Skills, and Experience Requirements:

For Assistant Director (Technical Audit):

• Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years post-graduation experience conducting technical audits in a well reputed organization.
• Preferred Certification: CISA or CRISC.
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Execute audit plans and procedures for evaluating IT applications, systems, and infrastructure.
  • Identify potential risks and effectiveness of IT controls.
  • Evaluate the functioning of IT systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the implementation and observation of IT Systems.
  • Understanding of IT Audit tools and techniques.
  • Well versed with OS, DBS, Network, and Information Security.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

For Assistant Director (Software Test Analyst):

• Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years post-graduation experience in software testing at a well reputed organization.
• Preferred Certification: CTFL (Certified Tester Foundation Level) by ISTQB.
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Functional, integration, and automation testing.
  • Creation and maintenance of test cases.
  • Defect management and regression testing.
  • Testing of mobile applications.
  • Automation and stress testing.

For Deputy Assistant Director (Software Test Analyst):

• Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years post-graduation experience, with at least 1 year in software testing at a well reputed organization.
• Preferred Certification: CTFL (Certified Tester Foundation Level) by ISTQB.
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Functional and integration testing.
  • Creation and maintenance of test cases.
  • Defect management and database knowledge.
  • Database skills (Oracle, Postgras, etc.).

Additional Information:

• Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
• Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
• Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of the application.
• 5 years' relaxation in age is already included in the above age limit.
• Selected candidates shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
• No TA/DA will be admissible.
• Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC)/relevant regulatory bodies must be provided at the time of interview.
