Overview:
The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the country’s central bank, is seeking young, talented, and energetic individuals to join as Assistant Directors (OG-2) under the State Bank Officers Training Scheme (SBOTS) - 27th Batch. This program offers a rewarding and challenging career, particularly in the following areas:

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

  • A Master’s, Bachelor’s, or equivalent degree with 16 years of education.
  • Minimum of 60% marks where percentage applies or a GPA of 2.5 out of 4.0, or 3.5 out of 5.0 where the GPA system is applicable.
  • Degrees must be from HEC-recognized institutions in Pakistan or abroad, in disciplines such as Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Statistics, Data Sciences, Actuarial Sciences, Accounting, Computer Sciences, Information Systems and Technology, Mathematics, Human Resource Management, Agriculture Management (excluding BSc or MSc in agriculture), Islamic Banking and Finance, Law, Media and Culture Studies, Philosophy, and Physics.
  • An equivalence certificate from HEC is required for foreign degrees.

Age:

  • Maximum age is 26 years as of September 8, 2024.
  • Age relaxation of three years is available for female candidates, transgender persons, candidates belonging to minorities, and those from Baluchistan, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan, and areas previously part of FATA.
