PESHAWAR DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (PDA)

VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Peshawar Development Authority invites applications from suitable male and female candidates (including those eligible under reserved quotas) for appointment to various positions.

? Eligibility Criteria & Required Qualification

Positions are available in BPS-17 and below, with qualification, experience, and age limits prescribed as per Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa rules.

?? Terms & Conditions

Provisional Test Appearance:
Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA Screening Test. However, detailed scrutiny of documents will be carried out later by the appointing authority. If any candidate is found ineligible at any stage, they will be disqualified.

ETEA Registration Requirement:

Candidates must create a profile on ETEA's website before applying.

They must also print the E-Sahulat token and get their CNIC verified via NADRA E-Sahulat franchise.

Without verification, application will not be accepted.

Call Letters:
Only shortlisted candidates will receive call letters for the test/interview.

Test-Based Selection:
Recruitment will be based on merit, with screening test conducted by ETEA.

Eligibility Date:
All candidates must fulfill eligibility criteria by the closing date of application submission.

Late/Ineligible Applications:

Incomplete or late applications will be rejected.

Applications with false information will also be rejected.

Age Relaxation:
Age relaxation will be allowed as per existing government rules.

Government Employees:

Those working in Government or Semi-Government organizations must apply through proper channel.

Separate applications must be submitted for each post, along with separate fees.

Vacancy Rights Reserved:
The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel any or all positions at any time.

No TA/DA:
No TA/DA will be provided for test or interview.

Foreign Degrees:
Candidates with foreign degrees must provide HEC equivalency certificate.

Shortlisting Criteria:

Minimum 60% marks in ETEA Test required for BPS-17 posts.

Minimum 50% marks for BPS-16 and below.

Merit-Based Recruitment:
Selection will be strictly based on merit and will follow the PDA Recruitment Policy, which includes:

Prescribed Qualification – 40 Marks

Experience – 20 Marks

ETEA Screening Test – 20 Marks

Interview – 20 Marks

Total: 100 Marks

Certificates Required for Verification:
All qualifications and experience must be supported by valid documents.

Quota Allocations:

5% Minority Quota (from BPS-03 to BPS-17)

Female Quota (from BPS-16 & below)

2% Disabled Persons Quota

Do NOT send documents or testimonials to ETEA at this stage.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to provide documents when asked.
