The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) is seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals for the following position:

Position: Assistant Director (Project Coordinator)

Job Location: Islamabad

Maximum Age Limit: 37 Years

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree (4 Years) in Business Administration, Public Policy, Project Management, or an equivalent related field
• Degrees must be recognized and attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

Professional Experience, Skills & Competencies:

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large-scale projects in the public sector or multinational organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the successful execution of the program.
• Prepare project plans, monitor implementation processes, manage risks, and track milestone progress as per defined timelines.
• Conduct project training sessions.
• Facilitate in arranging consultation and advocacy workshops.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Contract Period: Initially for 5 years (extendable if required).
2. Application Process: Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
3. Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
4. False Information: Candidates providing false information will be disqualified.
5. Age Relaxation: 5 years of age relaxation is already included in the upper age limit.
6. Medical & Character Certificates: Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
7. TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
8. Degree Verification: Attested degrees from HEC must be provided at the time of the interview.

10. Electronic Devices: Mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic gadgets will not be allowed during the test/interview.
