Applications are invited from retired ASMS/SMs for appointment as ASM Gr-I (BS-14) (on contract basis for a period of "one" year) in Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi Division:-

Terms and conditions:-
1. The candidates who have been compulsorily retired, removed, dismissed from service or retired on Medical grounds will not be eligible for the said post.
2. The maximum age limit is 62 years up to the last date of submission of application.

. Only eligible/shortlisted candidates will be called for interview by the selection committee.
4. Sellected candidates will be required to pass Medical Examination from Pakistan Railways Hospital, Rawalpindi.

The candidates having domicile of Rawalpindi division will be given prefference.
6. Sellected candidates will be paid only the basic pay of scale of BS-14 and other allowances admissible under contract appointment on usual terms and conditions. However, they will not be entitled for gratuity and pension.

The selected candidates will be bound to work at any station on Rawalpindi Division.

The competent authority has the right to reject any application for contract appointment without assigning any reason. The administration has the right to terminate contract appointment of any selected

candidate, without assigning any reasons at any stage.
10. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates who will be called for Interview, Medical Examination or other formalities.
11. Above number of posts can be changed without assigning any reason.

1. Educational Certificates.
2. Computerized National Identity Card
3. Domicile.
4. Character Certificate (Issued by Relevant Police Authority)
5. Three Photographs of Passport Size.
6. Photocopy of Pension Book.
7. Railway Identity Card.
8. Retirement/LPR Notice.
9. Service Certificate (issued by Divisional Office)
Submission of application:-
1. The desirous candidates may submit their applications on plain paper with complete bio data along with attested copies of required documents.

Dak up to 03.04.2024. 3. No application will be received/accepted in person or by hand.
4. 03 postal envelops with a postal order of Rs. 500/-, complete present postal/ home
address, telephone/ mobile number written thereon may also be provided, otherwise
application will not be entertained.
5. The applications received after 03.04.2024 will not be entertained.
6. Incomplete applications & without required documents will not be entertained.
