1. Associate Professors (BPS-20)

Departments:

  • Electronics Engineering Technology

    Number of Positions: 01 for each department
    Minimum Qualification & Experience: As per HEC's minimum qualification criteria

2. Assistant Professors (BPS-19)

Departments:

  • Electrical Engineering Technology

  • Electronics Engineering Technology

  • Energy Engineering Technology

  • Information Engineering Technology
    Number of Positions: 01 for each department
    Minimum Qualification & Experience: As per HEC's minimum qualification criteria

3. Lab Technologist (BPS-17)

Departments:

  • Electrical Engineering Technology

  • Mechanical Engineering Technology
    Number of Positions: 01 for each department
    Minimum Qualification: B.Sc. Engineering/Technology in the relevant field with 1st Division or 3.0 CGPA from a University/DAL recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan.
    Age Limit: 22 to 40 years

4. Lab Technologist (BPS-17)

Department: Civil Engineering Technology
Number of Positions: 02
Minimum Qualification: B.Sc. Engineering/Technology in the relevant field with 1st Division or 3.0 CGPA from a University/DAL recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan.
Age Limit: 22 to 40 years

Terms and Conditions of Application

  1. Application Submission: Eligible candidates should submit their filled and signed application form (available on the University's website: www.uotnowshera.edu.pk/careers) along with attested copies of educational testimonials (Degrees/Certificates, Transcripts/DMCs), experience certificates, domicile, CNIC, valid PEC/NTC Card/Certificate, one recent photograph, and original bank deposit slip to the office of the undersigned no later than 28.03.2025.

  2. Eligibility Criteria: Age, qualification, and experience (supported with documentary proofs) will be considered up to the last date of form submission.

  3. Age Limit:

    • For Associate Professors and Assistant Professors: 22 to 55 years

    • For Lab Technologists: 22 to 40 years

  4. Incomplete Applications: Applications that are incomplete or received after the due date will be rejected without intimation to the applicant.

  5. CGPA Requirement: For Lab Technologist positions, a 3.00 out of 4.00 CGPA will be considered as first division.

  6. Shortlisting Process: Only shortlisted candidates who meet the criteria will be called for test/demo/interview.

  7. In-Service Candidates: Must apply through the proper channel and provide NOC from their current employer.

  8. Age Relaxation: Will be given in light of government rules on a case-to-case basis.

  9. Disqualification: If any information or document provided by the applicant is found incorrect/fake at any stage, the candidate will be disqualified immediately.

  10. University Rights: The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of positions or to cancel/not fill any or all positions at any stage without assigning any reason.

  11. Application Processing Fee:

  • Rs. 5000 for BPS-20

  • Rs. 3000 for BPS-19

  • Rs. 1000 for BPS-17
