Qualification:
Civilian candidates: Ph.D./M.Phil./M.A./M.Sc. (APSACS experience preferred).
Retired Army, Air Force, and Naval officers (not below the rank of Lieutenant Colonel or equivalent) are also eligible.
Age:
40–60 years (age waiver permitted based on educational qualifications).
Experience:
Minimum 10 years in teaching or educational management.
