GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The positions are offered on a contract basis under the Contract Appointment Policy, 2004 (amended). The contract may be extended subject to satisfactory performance.
  2. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the Government of Punjab’s policy.
  3. Special persons must attach proof of registration from the Social Welfare Department along with a valid disability certificate.
  4. Transgender individuals are encouraged to apply.
  5. Only candidates with a Punjab domicile are eligible.
  6. These vacancies are post-specific and non-transferable.
  7. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.
  8. Candidates already working in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channels.
  9. The age and experience of candidates will be calculated as of the closing date of application submission.
  10. Submission of fake documents or concealment of facts will result in disqualification at any stage of the recruitment process or during service.
  11. Only degrees issued by HEC-recognized institutions or reputed foreign universities with HEC equivalence will be considered valid.
  12. Short-listed candidates will be contacted for interviews. Notifications will be sent via email, call, or SMS.
  13. Candidates must present original documents and a set of attested photocopies (including HEC-attested degrees) at the time of the interview.
  14. The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased without prior notice.
  15. The department reserves the right to reject any or all applications or cancel the recruitment process without assigning reasons.
  16. Final terms and conditions of appointment will be settled at the time of the actual appointment.
  17. Decisions regarding recruitment (including eligibility, shortlisting, and selection criteria) will be final and cannot be challenged.

Application Process

  1. Candidates must apply online through the National Testing Service (NTS) website: www.nts.org.pk.
  2. Submit a duly filled application form (online), along with:
    • Deposit slip of the prescribed fee in favor of NTS.
    • Copy of CNIC.
    • Two recent passport-size photographs.
    • All relevant educational and experience certificates.
      These documents must be sent to NTS via courier to the address provided in the application form.
  3. Test fee can be paid via:
    • 1 Link 1 Bill participating banks/ATM/Internet Banking/Mobile Banking.
    • EasyPaisa, Jazz Cash, or TCS Express Couriers using the 20-digit invoice number provided on the fee slip. Only 1 Bill invoices will be accepted.
  4. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
  5. The last date for submission of applications is 31-12-2024 (4:00 PM).
  6. The written test date will be communicated to eligible/shortlisted candidates by NTS.
  7. Roll Number Slips will be uploaded on the NTS website before the test.
  8. Candidates must score at least 50% marks in the NTS test to pass. However, shortlisting for interviews will follow departmental criteria.
