- Minimum 5 Years Accounts Experience in any FMCG organization.
- Job Description
- Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, accounts payable and receivable.
- Completing bank reconciliation including verifying balances
- Knowledge of tax matters including GST & Income Tax
Sales Executive:
- Qualificatiion
- BBA/ MBA from a reputed educational institution.
- Experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales (General Trade) Function of a renowned FMCG organization.
- Job Description
- The position is responsible for the achievement of territory sales targets (Primary & Secondary) by town, by brand and by SKUs.
- Manage distribution setup & maintain effective customers relationships.
- Would be responsible to develop and implement field sales plans of the assigned territory.
HR Executive:
- Qualificatiion
- MBA (HR) from a reputed educational institution.
- Experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR of any reputed FMCG organization.
- Job Description
- Responsible for all Administrative activities Related to HR
- Hiring of Staff, Designing compensation and benefits packages
- Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them
