Our client, Pakistan LNG Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Government Holdings Pvt. Ltd., is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the following position based in Islamabad:

Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Description (JD):

The CFO will be responsible for leading the financial function, with a focus on strategic planning, execution, directing, controlling, and staffing.

Qualification:

Must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants.

Experience:

Minimum of 13 years' post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in a senior financial management position.
Experience in a large commercial or public sector organization, preferably in the energy sector.
The organization must have total assets of PKR 5 billion or more.
Comprehensive knowledge of accounting and reporting standards, taxation, compliance requirements, and commercial laws.
