The offices of British Council in Pakistan are located in Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad and Hyderabad providing the full testing services on regular basis. It is not an obligation to attend a preparation course of IELTS test as it is a good creativity to practice methodically before the time.
The aspirants can get the online Registration Form of IELTS from Standard Chartered Bank or can download from the official website of British Council.
The candidates are required to attach a clear photocopy of their valid Computerize National Identity Card (CNIC) or Passport, 2 passport size photos without wearing eye glasses (the photo must not be older than 6 months) along with the payment deposit slip of Standard Chartered Bank (Demand Draft in favor of corresponding British Council office).
