Islamabad: The university aspirants on Tuesday demanded the chairperson of Higher Education Commission (HEC) Dr Mukhtar Ahmad for reducing fee of degree attestation.
While talking to media sources, the aspirants said they already paid heavy tuition fees at universities and afterwards had to pay high charges to get the attested degrees from the commission which they called an absolute injustice.

They furthermore said that in spite of charging these heavy degree attestation fees, the officials of HEC prolonged the procedure of attestation, adding that their behavior was not good along with the aspirants.
It is also important to mention here that Higher Education Commission is charging Rs 800/- for attestation of original documents.
